Hi Prue,

Another great read - thank you!

Hasn't the rain been amazing? And snow in places!

I'm writing to ask if you can tell me the name of the beautiful white-flowering shrub (on the LHS) that is featured in your second picture? (It has a large clump of Stachys byzantina in front of it)

It is sooo beautiful and I'm wondering if it would grow from a cutting, or you could let me know where I could purchase one?

Hope you are well; you certainly keep busy.

You are an Inspiration!

Cheers for now,

David

Hi David, yes, the rain is... I'd better not say as I shall only swear copiously!

The shrub is Viburnum Plicatum Tomentosum and yes, you could grow it from a cutting but it will take an age. You could try Sorell Nursery (such a good little nursery) or Station Road Newtown and have a lovely cup of coffee and a wander (my fave nursery) or worst case, Chandlers in Sandy Bay. Not a happy place. I've heard that Harmony at Acton is good too, but give them a call first and then you don't waste fuel.

I heard from Pan that you and Gavan have a bit of health war going. I do hope it all pans out for the best. And thank you for reading and saying what you have.

Cheers.

Nat King Cole remains my go-to music for calm introspection and memories, CJ. Some things become embedded, don't they? Thanks so much for your lovely response.
